Your mind will thank you for having some pleasure food every once in a while, and your metabolism won't crash if you spike it with a surplus of calories.

3. Pre plan your meals: Although simple, many people fail to do this. And when you don't plan ahead, you are more likely to wait until hunger overtakes you. Once this happens, you are going to eat whatever you can get your hands on the quickest.

4. Go overboard with vegetables: Vegetables truly are the secret to painless dieting. You see, not only do they give you energy, but they also force you to eat less calories because they are so bulky. And few things will give you energy while reducing caloric intake. Now the biggest mistake most people make is not eating enough vegetables.

5. Don't sweat the small stuff: Focusing on exact percentages and accounting for every calorie consumed will burn you out. And the good news is that this approach isn't necessary if you eat nutritionally dense food that automatically makes you less hungry.

Eating to lose fat doesn't have to take up every single ounce of your will power. If you follow the above tips, the process will be that much easier. And remember that taking rapid action is the best way to get rapid results!
